These workshops are designed to improve community health via the wonderful, ancient science of Ayurveda. I am passionate about health, environment and Ayurveda so give my knowledge readily. Participants will gain a wealth of knowledge about themselves, plus easy health tips, recipes, cooking tweaks plus they’ll leave with recipes and/or products to use at home.

Workshops in development

HEALTHY, EASY MEALS for 1 (or 2) using just a sandwich press and small pot. – Talk about healthy eating, the need for adequate nutrients for good brain health and to slow ageing interspersed with demonstration of 2-3 meals using the sandwich press. Additional recipe book.

AYURVEDA COOKING BASICS – Intro to Ayurvedic cooking principles, discover some of our favourite spices. Learn to make ghee and kitchari plus how to ‘tweak’ your home cooking for better digestion and balance.

KULTURES – Long workshop/immersion on kefir, kombucha, kraut (and additional uses for these fabulously healing and powerful products)

BETTER BREAD – morning workshop on bread alternatives and improving the nutritional values of our grainy staples via soaking and cultures. Includes demonstration of traditional Ayurvedic Dosa recipe. Includes recipe book.
